These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using iLoveIMG at www.iloveimg.fun. iLoveIMG is built and maintained by Sekora Studios, an independent software studio. Questions about these terms can be sent to iloveimg@proton.me.

Using iLoveIMG

You may use the current image tools for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the files you choose, the edits you make, and the way you use any exported result. You must have the rights or permission needed to edit and use the images you select.

Acceptable use

Do not use iLoveIMG to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful or abusive material, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, or attempt to disrupt the website or another user's access. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Images and processing

The current editing tools process selected images locally in your browser and do not require an account. iLoveIMG does not provide cloud storage for your source files or exported images. You should keep your own copies of important files and check an exported result before relying on it.

Availability and changes

iLoveIMG is currently provided free of charge, without an account for the current tools. Features, supported formats, limits, and availability may change as the product develops. We may suspend or discontinue a tool, or restrict access, when needed for maintenance, security, legal reasons, or product changes.

Intellectual property

The iLoveIMG name, website design, brand assets, software, and original site content belong to their respective owners or licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of your images to iLoveIMG. You may not copy, resell, or represent the iLoveIMG service or brand as your own without permission.

No warranty

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the tools useful and reliable, but we do not promise that every tool will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by applicable law, you use the service at your own risk.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, processing model, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continuing to use iLoveIMG after an update means you accept the revised terms.
