Privacy policy

iLoveIMG is designed so the image you choose can be edited locally in your browser. The selected image is not uploaded to an iLoveIMG server for image processing, and the current tools do not require an account.

Image processing

Cropping, adjustments, filters, previews, and exports run in the browser on your device. Downloading creates a new local file. Closing or reloading the editing session clears the in-browser working state; iLoveIMG does not provide cloud storage for your images.

Product analytics

When a PostHog key is configured, iLoveIMG may record limited product events such as which tool was opened, whether an export succeeded, the selected output format, the control that changed, and a broad mobile or desktop device category. The analytics event properties do not include image files or image contents.

The current analytics configuration disables automatic capture, automatic page-view capture, session recording, and persistent browser storage. Analytics is not initialized when no PostHog key is configured.

Hosting and request logs

The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details, timestamps, and security diagnostics. These normal website requests are separate from the browser-side image-processing flow.
